Pros
The best thing about ReliaQuest is the attitude and culture. The leadership of the company sets the example of what they want from everyone in attitude and level of effort. It is amazing the passion and drive that everyone in the company has to provide the best service possible to each other and to our customers. The recruiting team is ruthless in their efforts to find the right people for the team, and for good reason. It takes a certain kind of person with the right attitude to fit on this team. There is plenty of work, but so are the opportunities to learn new technologies and get hands on with some of the best IT Security tools in the industry. ReliaQuest offers great benefits, an awesome work environment, and is very supportive of current and former military.
Cons
There is always room for improvement. With the speed that the company is growing it can be hard at times to keep up. Not really a con though as management has done a good job of adapting and moving to compensate.
