      Pros

      - Competitive pay/benefits - Great place to start due to the mass amount of technologies you get to touch - Co-Workers are great - Has many paid social functions to bridge the gap between all departments

      Cons

      - work load on analysts is pretty ridiculous because of over worked content developers and engineers - work is repetitive; after about 3 months of seeing the same stuff you get bored out of your mind - poorly developed content in production - expectations are not set with customers well so that both RQ and the customer can successfully work together(talking access and customer being responsive to analysis)

      I love the culture and training opportunities ReliaQuest has to offer! Culture was extremely important to me when selecting a new opportunity and a new company. ReliaQuest has exceeded by expectations with their collaborative environment and the amazing people. There's always someone available if I have a question or need help on anything. In addition to the wonderful people and culture the training and personal development has been second to none. ReliaQuest truly cares about each employee and invests a lot into making each person the best they can be. It's refreshing to find a company that encourages you to grow and helps you achieve your professional goals. I'm excited to see where I'll be with ReliaQuest in the coming years!

      A Home Away From Home

      Pros

      1. Executives know who you are, by name, they remember you, and they care about you. 2. The company invests time and resources into providing quality training to grow employees from within. 3. Recruiting does an excellent job focusing on culture when hiring new team members. Because of this, we all mesh really well and have formed a family away from home.

      Cons

      They're expanding faster than they can find technically proficient and culturally fit people.
