Everyone in the office keeps the vibes high at all times. No matter what, we all have each others back and are on the right path to create something special every day we come in. It is a tough role but thats sales. As long as you are working hard, success will come with time.

Cons

There are not many, I enjoy my time at work. I will say, if you are not willing to put in the hard work, this job may not be for you.

Pros

One of my biggest factors in choosing a company to work at is the culture feel I get from my interviews. Going through my interview process I got a great feeling about the culture and mindset that ReliaQuest has which was a big influence in me ultimately working here. After being here for six months it's just as I hoped if not better. I get along incredibly well with my co-workers and have become friends with all of them on top of it. For my first job post college I have very little to complain about with my pay as well.

Cons

There's a lot of talented, hard-working people that are in this position and have come through it so a lot is expected of you in terms of the effort and output you give. But this is going to be expected from any company growing at the pace ReliaQuest is so I can't even consider it a con as I knew what I was signing up for when I accepted.
