Pros

Incredible place to work. High-speed environment but your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Great environment for ex military that is looking for a place where you can work hard and be rewarded. Pay and benefits are great. Senior management actually cares and gets to know you.

Cons

None at this time.

Pros

- Competitive pay/benefits - Great place to start due to the mass amount of technologies you get to touch - Co-Workers are great - Has many paid social functions to bridge the gap between all departments

Cons

- work load on analysts is pretty ridiculous because of over worked content developers and engineers - work is repetitive; after about 3 months of seeing the same stuff you get bored out of your mind - poorly developed content in production - expectations are not set with customers well so that both RQ and the customer can successfully work together(talking access and customer being responsive to analysis)

Pros

RQ is an award-winning company for a reason. This year they will grow at a rate you just don't see in businesses their size. They're agile, innovative, and operating in an area where competitors are having a difficult time following. But that is not why working here is above 5 stars. It's the people, their talent, and how they support each other. It's the culture, the openness to new ideas, and the freedom to execute on those ideas. It is not without challenge or accountability, but for me, that's a pro. -Culture: Great group. People you'd want to go to dinner with or go to happy hour with. People you can, and will, want to learn from -Benefits: 100% better than my previous employer and only getting better -CEO: Believes in and invests in his people. Doesn't see you as human capital or a queue -Management: Knows what they are doing and does not micro-manage -Compensation: Get paid what you are worth - Self-satisfaction: Actually enjoy coming to work

Cons

Not for those who like to be hand-held. You have to keep up. This company is thriving in the ever-changing, ever-evolving IT Security space. This is not a company for those who like to coast. They do provide you the keys to succeed. They believe in building their own talent, but if you are someone who doesn't want to advance, learn new tech, get uncomfortable, do things you haven't before and ultimately grow from it, this is probably not a good fit.
