Pros
The software product is interesting and complex in fulfilling ways and at least when I worked there it was based on a very well crafted set of structures and principles that enabled quick growth with less tech debt than a lot of other places. Benefits were overall decent compared again to other places I've worked.
Cons
While benefits were good, pay was subpar, and RSUs were not worth anywhere near what they were purported to be. Management *loves* to show off and flash money around that the company really doesn't have. There's certainly demand for the product, but for Greymatter is the impact is severely held back because technical decision-making was often in perpetual limbo from poor engineering leadership and oversight.
