Pros

Interesting products, opportunities to work on cool systems.

Cons

The CEO rules with an iron fist and if unhappy he will rule with a stick over a carrot any day and will continuously stresses out the chain below him which reaches all the way down to the individual developers even as they’re putting in overtime to keep they’re project a float - pretty heartless, unrewarding for me as an engineer who put in many weeks of overtime without easing up in sight

Cons

The worse part of this job is the people they are envious of new employees. These people are slaves with 9 minute breaks.
