Pros

The people are always the best asset RevSpring has, besides that, I just don't see any other pro to describe.

Cons

Management is very deficient, there is no clear path for anyone, not a good place to work, to be honest.

Pros

Decent team environment. Close to KOP.

Cons

Low pay and uninspiring work environment. No career development. Bad benefits. Not motivating since everyone feels stuck or bashes the company and work they do. High turnover.

Benefits are decent, nice working location

Highly politicized culture. Ineffective leadership,. Total lack of onboarding and training. Company does not care about employees and it shows in that employees do not share information freely.
