Acquisition is not going so smooth

Pros

Some great people work here.

Cons

Leadership promised higher wages, better benefits, and that the culture wouldn't change. Since being acquired culture changed, promises where not delivered, and management seems to have been more worried about there own job instead of their own employee's. This company makes enough money to take care of everybody, and most people can see how much is made. So it's difficult to be satisfied with your wage, when you're making a wage that is well below market value.

Mind-numbing Work

Pros

Decent team environment. Close to KOP.

Cons

Low pay and uninspiring work environment. No career development. Bad benefits. Not motivating since everyone feels stuck or bashes the company and work they do. High turnover.

A decent job, A horrible career

Pros

The people are great, the IT department is pretty laid back. The work is easy and the pay is decent considering the effort required to put into the work.

Cons

The company does not want to see their employees grow. No room for growth, no incentives to work hard. The company can't provide the physical tools to complete the tasks at hand. This company just wants to put more cash in their investors pockets, they don't care at what expense to their employees. I would recommend for someone looking for a job, not someone looking for a 'career'
