Pros

Benefits are decent, nice working location

Cons

Highly politicized culture. Ineffective leadership,. Total lack of onboarding and training. Company does not care about employees and it shows in that employees do not share information freely.

Pros

The employees create a family - type environment which makes everyone feel welcome. They are the backbone of the company and will do anything to help someone out. There is schedule flexibility to help balance life/work.

Cons

There is no true training program, though the person who does train is very knowledgeable. More of a sit - and - take - notes training style. Management is slightly inexperienced but improving. Turnover withing the last year has been high. Very little room to advance.

Decent Company

Pros

The people you work with are nice. The atmosphere is slightly laid back and management is helpful and do not micro manage. There are committees in place to try and boost morale as there is always something going on.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate, which puts the existing work on the remaining employees...many of which are not fully trained. This causes a highly stressful environment at times. The pay is average considering what you are asked to take on and until recently a training program was nonexistent. Raises are consistently bad, despite your efforts throughout the year. Sometimes, management makes decisions that make no sense.

Pros

Social activities each month, such as pot luck lunches and cake and decorations on your birthday.

Cons

Preferential treatment given to "grandfathered" employees. The training is purely subjective and completely inconsistent across the department. You are assigned a mentor but generally they are too busy to help, so new AM's end up doing menial tasks for months. There is a lot of nepotism in the Corporate ARM group, so again new employees are left on their own and it is nearly impossible to be successful.

"What a joke "

Pros

Some coworkers are great to work with, some are standoffish. Good place to collect a paycheck. Convenient parking. Nice location.

Cons

Manage by intimation. To many layers of management so upper management is not assessable. Dirty break room, dark production area, almost unsafe. Good ol'boys/ nepotism 80's style atmosphere. Say they random drug test but do not, only for sales/customers sake. Poor training, if any at all. HR brushes any constructive criticism off.

Pros

RevSpring has put new leadership in place that is focused on improving and doing the right thing. It has a generous benefits package which they are actively improving upon.

Cons

RevSpring has acquired a number of companies over the last years and the integration has been pretty slow. Training and certification support has been lean from what I've seen.
