Pros

The job is a challenge and this is something I look for in a role. My manager or Sales Coach as we call them, is great. I genuinely believe there is an effort to work with me and help me build on my strengths. I get a lot of satisfaction out of what I do because I believe I’m part of a company that is trying to do good by businesses and the environment. People are great and so is the office

Cons

No 401k We have a lot of computer work on top of our main responsibility to book meetings

Pros

- The people make this company, and in my opinion is the greatest competitive advantage. - Senior Leadership is easy to speak with and has an open door policy. This is great for implementing ideas and action plans. - Everyone has a say, and ideas and suggestions are welcomed and discussed; and if it makes sense are implemented. - There are opportunities to move around to other positions within the company, if current role turns out not to be a good fit. Management recognizes strengths and offers to focus those strengths in other areas where people can maximize their skill set. - Rapidly growing company, so with that comes opportunities for leadership roles and growth. - Company does monthly competitions with monetary incentives, sends out gift cards, and tech prizes. - Promotes quickly based on merit and performance. - Great benefits. Company pays 99% of employee Medical, Dental and Vision.

Cons

- This isn't necessarily a con but be ready to grind and give 100% effort. If you are looking for a cushy role, this is not for you. People that do well at this company all share one common trait, they hustle. - If you work hard and you give max effort, do the right thing, you'll sore with this company.

Pros

-This is a solid company with a really cool vision -If you are professional and perform well in your job then you will be recognized and rewarded -There are multiple promotions that we can earn through our performance -Company is open to us moving between departments too. I think that’s awesome and gives employees a chance to explore different parts of the business.

Cons

-It can be time consuming to hunt for businesses to call. They need to figure out how to cut back on this. -Lots of data entry into their internal system and Salesforce but at end of the day I understand it because we need to have this data to run our business. Would be nice if they could figure out a way to streamline some things
