Pros

The atmosphere is fairly laid back.

Cons

Work flow is minimal, most days are spend staring off into space without any assignments. All work could be done from home or through telecommuting, but the company requires all employees to be in the office.

Pay is pretty decent, benefits were good but not outstanding. Flexible work hours

Cons

This company is notorious for flipping the staff over. They will put you on a contract and then not provide a corporate backbone to help the employees. There are too many chiefs in this company they like to have their titles and it strokes their egos. If you want a job not a career then this is a decent company. The HR staff likes to play games with promising their involvement in relocating you to a new position....they won't do it.
