Plenty of down time for cook outs, football, Facebook, Fantasy Football, and searching for your next job all on the clock. The managers don't care unless they can't plausibly deny your incompetence, fraud, or infractions of the Employee Handbook.

Cons

Nepotism. If you are not family, friend, family of friend, or family of friend, of middle managers, you don't trained, given visible projects, or protected for mistakes and infractions.

Pros

STG was very good about keeping it's people even through contract changes.

Cons

The Management ranks were a mix of extremely positive and negative managers. STG is also not at all good of getting rid of dead weight. There training offerings were difficult to obtain but were requirements and overall the opportunities were limited.
