- Decent pay and benefits - Flexible schedule - Some of the best managers - Relaxed atmosphere and family-like culture. - For the most part, I believe the company truly cares about their employees - The best Christmas parties (Ritz-Carlton, open bar, excellent food)

Cons

- Some of the worst managers - Opportunity for growth is lacking. In their defense, it is not a huge company.

Pros

Many excellent people at all levels. Mr. Lee throws a great end of year/Winter party and he encourage managers to treat their staff well, including an unlimited lunch budget.

Cons

There was no consistent middle-managment adherence to internal policies and there does not appear to be sufficient review of middle-managment actions by upper management, resulting in staff not always getting the benefit of upper-management's direction to treat staff well.
