Pros

Paycheck every two weeks. There is a 20 word minimum but paycheck is one word. I should have typed paycheck 20 times.

Cons

Disorganized, lack common best pratices, if your position is hard to fill you will not be considered for others projects. Employees pay for HR mistake (literally you will see deductions). More than willing to let you work late without overtime. Must use PTO if more that 10 minutes late even if you stayed over 8 andnor over 40 the day before (some teams allowed to leave early but not all. Ask about weekends holidays and overtime during your INTERVIEW and make sure it is documented in YOUR OFFER LETTER. You may never see corporate employees like HR or Security team but they are reachable by help desk ticket. Be prepared for a dead end but it's a paycheck. Lots of outdated information in handbooks and intranet portal. Don't expect too much and you will be fine. Turnover is high..moral is low..pay is average if you know your worth before submitting your application.

Pros

Initially I started out with them when they were 8a, and helped remain loyal and work towards growing the company. However, after my 13th Anniversary, I saw a shift in corporate organizational behavior. It used to be about keeping the employees happy so in turn the customer/client would be happy, but $$ became the new focus. Easier to cut labor then to cut assets. They allowed for autonomous work and self-monitoring.

Cons

No loyalty after so many years. No recognition of longevity, attendance, or service. Poor salary increases and not as competitive benefits.

Pros

Good job out of college to get started and gain experience; decent pay given the economy and good work/life balance

Cons

Benefits could have been better; need more opportunities to develop new skills in different areas; more support from the head office to develop/retain junior talent
