Pros

Training/Trainers were fun but definitely didn’t go over all you needed to know before being thrown on the phones.

Cons

You use two systems. One is older and being replaced by the newer one. The training is all focused on the newer one and once you get on the phones most calls require the old one which you were not even trained on really. I’m already looking for another job. Definitely the most strict job I’ve had in regards to attendance. A one minute tardy counts the same as calling in for an entire shift. Like what?!

Pros

The biggest "Pro" working here is the people you work with. 95% of them are downright awesome folks. You're all in it together, and a lot of folks will take time out of their day to help you out if you get stuck. Pay is decent for what it is. Most of the customers are cool.

Cons

My biggest gripe is that they have folks in certain positions that don't match the work they do. For example, the position that I had up until recently was shared by myself and two others who actually were out all day repairing windows. But they also had two other guys with the same title who didn't do ANY of the work we're supposed to do, with one being the inventory guy and another being one of the guys at the desk. That wouldn't have bothered me as much if the inventory guy didn't have the "Lead Repair Specialist" title, despite never actually doing any repairs... they just gave it to him to get him a pay raise... Corporate sucks. Number number numbers. They mandate lunch breaks, but don't set aside any time during the day for you to actually take that lunch, but you'll still get a daily message in the company group chat telling you to take it.

Pros

Work independently, Days pass quickly

Cons

Our previous CEO retired for medical reasons, and the new CEO has no concern for anything but maximizing profit. Corporate only cares about investors now. They only care about maximum profit and employees are just numbers. nobody listens when you have a concern or struggle, and they route about twice as many jobs as they should expect per their own guidelines. they practice very unscrupulous business ethics, and force employees to sell overpriced wiper blades($60 plus tax).
