Room for growth, values initiative
Pros
If you're willing to work hard and not complain about it, you will be rewarded for your efforts. Room for growth opportunities if you have what it takes. I've already had a number of promotions and pay increases based on performance. Group outings and events such as Padre games, happy hours, holiday parties, etc. Department managers are tough but fair Generous on vacation/sick time or PTO. Never been denied vacation or day off requests. Allows us to work from home as needed. Good variety of clients and projects to work for which make for a great resume or portfolio. Profit sharing available to those who earn it.
Cons
Sometimes long hours but that comes with working for an agency. It's not a 9-5 environment. Like every work place, sometimes there is drama.
