More good than bad

Pros

It can be hard to get in, but once you are in you are in.

Cons

It is a who you know organization. The organization preaches that they want to be competitive with salaries for staff, but know their first offer is usually 80% of market average. Never accept their first offer. Contractors make substantially more than staff in the same position and when they are brought on they sometimes are given much higher titles than their experience merits due to their compensation demands.

Pros

.didn't really like much about other than the people that i workd with. some of the management people were very rude on top of that, but it ok. tolerable

Cons

it was ok. i wouldn't recommend it to any seeking a development in their career. very little oppurtunities for growth and not enough pay.
