Management in our office was nice, the therapists were easy to work along side

Cons

The amount of work requested and the amount of pay does not correlate. They also don’t take your experience into account they just give everyone a base pay. They also make you use your PTO to pay for pod holidays.

Pay is not worth the hassle of management. Management is awful, disorganized and makes you feel guilty for even just calling out sick with a fever.

Pros

Somewhat friendly and helpful co-workers. Management is ridiculous with their expectations, how is a new hire supposed to get trained when coworker is barely ever there and then they come down on you for not being able to do job as well as they think you should. Pay isn't great and haven't been there long enough yet to get benefits so dont know about that.

Cons

Lack of training and unrealistic expectations of newer employees, poor pay.
