Pros

Enjoyed working with the patients during their rehabilitation

Cons

Poor management within the clinic, poor upper management within my region. They pile more work on you without any offer to assist. False promises. Management is too worried about the numbers game and getting the patients "in and out" instead of providing quality care. Upper management was not professional, constantly talking down to employees and patients.

Pros

very competent PT's and OT's. Work environment is generally good when manager was not there.

Cons

Pay, bonus structure, raises, high front office turnover, high patient volume. It is typical for a manager to manage many locations instead of the company hiring or promoting more managers to save money. They changed their bonus structure years ago where instead of getting quarterly and yearly bonuses, they take a portion of your quarterly bonus and tie it to your yearly bonus. If you miss any of your quarterly goals you lose your yearly bonus and the portion of the quarterly bonus they tied to it.
