Local and upper management do not have a clue. No support provided. No room for advancement. Pay is less than average.

EXTREME micromanaging. This could be okay if it came from a nice source (aka the person is kind), unfortunately I was literally bullied to the point it became abuse and I was crying EVERY DAY. I told management what was going on and it took two months for somebody to come check on us, then nothing changed and no behavior was modified. I have never been so miserable at a job in my life. The work is easy if you understand insurance but my gosh some of the people that work here are genuinely nasty people, while others are extremely kind and helpful. Its sad it had to come to me quitting when they could have just made corrective action against the fellow employee but it was tolerated and apparently had been/has been for years and they will not even correct much less fire this person. I didn’t want to quit but i was becoming so toxic (seems a trend here) that i knew i needed to leave and was willing to drive more and take a pay cut to go elsewhere.
