Cons

For temporary they bring you in and do 1,2, 3 month reviews to screen you out. Doesn't matter if you are temp or permanent. It's a very bad policy and I advise to not leave a permanent job for one here that they say is permanent, but it's temporary to start out with. They were not honest with me about this when they hired me.

Flexability, great jard working co-workers,

Cons

Laid off too many of the top talents, it’s a skeleton crew now. Took away 401k matching, raises, no annual bonus’s, and expecting people to do the work of 4 people (at least) with no reward or even a thank you. The company lost focus of its employees and inly cares about stock prices. Its very sad to see as there are so many amazing people at the company and everyone is burned out like I’ve never seen before.
