Pros

A place where you can truly influence the company and have a voice in the direction of a growing business. We get at least 1 Friday off per month - whether a government holiday or company-mandated - which allows you to breathe for a long weekend. The company has gone completely virtual and endorses living wherever you want, a respite from the grind of going to offices or living in a particular city.
