Pros

During the pandemic, our leadership was transparent and set our expectations during periods of uncertainty. I'm proud to be part of this company and have never been so happy with leadership! It was especially difficult news to hear months into our WFH arrangement, how are salaries were being cut and how people were being laid off, but it's also impressive to finally see a company practice what they preach: communication and transparency. Every one has been a joy to work with, flexibility and schedules are easy to figure out, and no one gets berated for needing a break. I wish all companies operated like this.

Cons

Since its WFH, I don't really know my coworkers outside of work.
