To many to name, the training, attention to your personal development and just the over all welcomeness I've felt these first months have been great. Especially compared to former software companies I have been a part of. There is something different about Sense in the best possible way

Cons

only con is not being able to be in the office yet but thats out of their control and for everyone's safety, no cons other than that

Sense has the best culture I've ever had the opportunity to experience. Leadership listens to their people and everyone has a voice. The product is highly in-tune with what customers actually need and want vs focusing only on shiny things. One of the Sense core values is being customer obsessed. Its so great to work for a place where customers love what we are doing and constantly sharing positive feedback with us. The organization's growth is exciting and and it appears that everyone is keeping the concept of good profits in mind instead of trying to pick up every penny we come across.

Cons

Its a start-up experiencing tremendous growth so pace is fast and constant and therefore not for everyone.
