Good vibe start up like, good peers, managers. Good, challenging work. The company is working on innovative AI features too.

Cons

No bonus payout for two years. They don't refresh ESOPs, which other companies do every year. I see other companies paying bonus where my friends work. Isn't bonus part of the CTC? Highly skeptical if it will happen this year also. I guess they didn't run their HR survey this quarter because of this. LOL! Only join this company if you want to involuntarily loose 15-20% of your CTC.
