- lacked execution and ambition in later years - HR & employee experience was more show-off than to actually *FOR* employees - actual technical work was usually quite boring, very few had innovation work

Pros

All the colleagues in the company that I have been in contact with so far are incredibly helpful and kind. The main goal is to create quality software together. I've been through many companies but this is the first time that there is such an emphasis on work-life balance, preventing stress, etc.

Cons

The barrier to entry in software development is quite difficult, but that is to be expected for such a large project.

High professional level, good working conditions, starting from salary, bonuses, vacation days, and more

Cons

The company does not emphasize work-life balance, and sometimes there is a feeling of pressure and overload. Additionally, social issues are not adequately addressed, from hiring employees who are not sociable to working mostly remotely, which makes it difficult to connect with people.
