Pros

There are amazing leaders that truly want to help grow you as an individual and as a professional. It's nice to feel heard by your managers and have them meet you with where you're at in life. Fun and engaging work environment!

Cons

It would be nice to have days set aside for employees to use towards mental health and self-care.

High growth company where the majority of the upper management is right on target with how to treat their employees

Cons

SOME middle level managers are allowed to practice some very bad management styles and not dealt with promptly. It shows by very talented people leaving that shouldn't be leaving.
