Pros

I've been with Service Express for 15 years. The thing I like about Service Express is the culture and the people. Sometimes decisions are made and we don't understand them - all we have to do is ask and our Leaders will share the WHY which empowers us as employees to be fully engaged. This is a great place with tons of opportunities. I look forward to another 15 years or more here!!

Cons

Benefits could use some improvement and overall paths to other careers within the company could be made much clearer.
