Pros

Team and growth mentality genuinely seems to be the focus of leadership on top of hitting your number (sales). Everyone is willing to help you succeed and wants the best for you professionally and personally. There's opportunity to make tons of money if you work hard (& if the timing is right)

Cons

Growing pains. The org had to go through a lot of changes and shift to an outbound go to market strategy and refine the customer experience process. The SDR org needs help and needs to figure out how to keep morale high. Need to improve the relationship with VARs. They don't respect the partnership and don't prioritize working with Service Express. The product/service is incredible, but the right product/service at the wrong time means you cannot win business, this will reduce your TAM if you don't replace those accounts

Integrity is dead.

Pros

Company merger will provide the next growth stage. There will be a change in leaders at senior leadership which is a need.

Cons

Disappointing to see manufactured positive reviews led by hr to hide the derogatory reviews on predatory sales leadership. This is a company where integrity goes to die. When HR values numbers and reputation control more than safeguarding people and women you don’t want to associate with this type of behavior. People powered until you speak out. Then HR believes the empty excuses given by reputation controlling sales leadership and protects him and ignores pattern of alarming feedback.

Pros

If you want arrogant sales leadership and a phoney corrupt HR team that doesn’t protect employees and submits fake positive reviews when they know how damaging the real negative reviews are then this is your place!

Cons

HR must know the reviews on specific leadership folk are real and has gone into blatant damage control mode by submitting fake positive reviews themselves whilst replying to other comments to make themselves look good. It is obvious to everyone who looks which makes it even more shameful and dishonorable.
