Sales departure at last

Pros

The company is being incorporated into park place but there are some excellent people who will hopefully be retained. The person who rightly was not is the sales leader

Cons

While much of the sales representatives have abandoned the company because of the toxic leader, the attrition before he departed was remarkable and the remainder of the sales teams are relieved he has gone. Worst hire for the company. It is no surprise that friends on the executive and leadership teams have left or are on their way out. These are HR and people who should know better that turned the other way in spite of the disparaging complaints on his inappropriate boundary blurring and indecent conduct to women and his overall bullying.

Pros

When SE acquired Bluechip things were positive, constant message to get to £500m and investment in sales people. We won a big new client and had an investment in our datacentres.

Cons

Since the exit of the UK MD the US leaders have dismantled the UK business, ‘eliminated’ lots of critical people with loads of knowledge. Everyone is now scared for their jobs

Pros

Some folk really go above and beyond and support the company. There once were strong values that underpinned what we did

Cons

Puppets to private equity “growth partners”. The biggest con is internally at sales leadership level America TPM. The greatest puppet of all saying what he needs to, to remain employed to the executives and private equity investors. At the expense of blaming everyone else but himself and taking no accountability. Most reps are missing quotas and there is no route to success. Leadership does not understand the industry. Reps and marketing staff have fled his leadership. His style is to be a loud, self obsessed, self righteous bully who blurs boundaries of personal and professional relationships, these are gender specific and should be investigated
