Pros

If you want arrogant sales leadership and a phoney corrupt HR team that doesn’t protect employees and submits fake positive reviews when they know how damaging the real negative reviews are then this is your place!

Cons

HR must know the reviews on specific leadership folk are real and has gone into blatant damage control mode by submitting fake positive reviews themselves whilst replying to other comments to make themselves look good. It is obvious to everyone who looks which makes it even more shameful and dishonorable.

It all went downhill after the acquisition of Bluechip 😔

Pros

Absolutely none after the acquisition by Service Express of the former great company to work for Bluechip Customer Engineering.

Cons

Too much emphasis on growing sales and not supporting support functions, poor senior leadership, no direction, moral is very low, too many changes that are not explained, loss of many years of technical and business expertise, staff are all looking over their shoulder, no support from senior leads, very poor processes, toxic environment, no trust in ELT or SLT anywhere in the business,

Pros

The majority of the support teams are outstanding - sales ops, finance, engineering and delivery. Top quality individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to support others......unfortunately...(go to cons)

Cons

This doesn't translate to the sales org. A critical function that is there to support organisational growth is consistently operating in crisis mode. Senior leadership with little understanding of the industry, lead through fear, driving sellers to focus on behaviours that are not customer centric in order to achieve goals that are not that realistic with little investment in innovation.
