Culture, compensation, senior leadership, professional development

Cons

Culture fading, political, lack of cultural diversity. New management is ignoring the core values that made Service Express what it was. Over the past year, things have changed for the worst. Growing company, but very political and competitive. If you aren’t a favorite, you won’t go far.

Pros

Great company, Great people, Great culture and a growing industry.

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast and is slowly loosing some of the core principles and values that made it so great. I don't believe that this is stemming from senior leadership but rather from some of the new management that has been brought in from the outside.
