Pros

Emphasis on employees. Plenty of growth opportunities. Great facilities. Consistent and long term leadership.

Cons

Not a place to work if you want to coast. You are constantly challenged and there is a lot of feedback and accountability. This is only a negative for those who do not want to be challenged.

Pros

There is only a pro if you are willing to drink the coolaid and be a mindless sheep.

Cons

Worked at Delta for 16 years and always had a team mentality but was always able to think for myself and give opinions if I thought something could be done a better way and was encouraged to do so. After SEI acquired Delta I was let go because I had the audacity to suggest I could procure things better and cheaper than they were getting.
