Pros

- The people that I met working there are still some of my best friends. - There are managers (2 of them) who really care about their employees and their advancement as a professional. - The CEO is a good person and has good values, tries his best to pass that sentiment along down-stream.

Cons

- The push to grow SDR headcount 400% within a year led to a lack of engagement from Management, no potential to move to a new position and compromised quality in processes - Some managers are hypocritical and look past people who do not align with their values outside of work (appearance, religion, etc.) - 500 million by 2025 is not a goal but more of a threat - Micro - managing daily/hourly activity - Directors like to say they are involved at the personal level but will walk by and not even look your way. Make snark comments when you move on to a different company, in front of the whole team.

Pros

Easy money, large young team, have the chance for half day fridays.

Cons

The job is absolutely ridiculous. I think they should be audited for telemarketing rules they break everyday. If you don’t like sitting on an auto dialer or making 500+ outbound touches a day then stay away! They will have you on an auto dialer for 2 hours of the day and you could call through 300 people. As soon as someone answers get ready to talk. There is no strategy and they continue to give out gimmicks so customers will say yes to meetings. Avg turnover rate for position is 1 year.

Pros

It's a paycheck till you get to where you really want to be. (Two far better companies: Park Place Technologies and Curvature.)

Cons

Low pay , but way too much mandatory overtime. Benefits are a joke ... very high deductibles. On call 24/7/365 ... with no additional benefit for being on call. Management talks the talk and looks great doing it, but when it comes to it ... the employees are the last thing on their minds.
