Pros

Ummmm....checks clear, gift cards, corp card

Cons

Complete Brainwashing, events held at "Amway" hotel, Sales Management oblivious to market, SLA's missed, Engineering staff constantly unhappy, Rocky Mountain Sales Managers consistently fabricating the truth, SDR's lied to, just look at the turnover rate!!..corp website/ linkedin managers always hiring.....I worked in an office where there were 9 sales people in 2.5 years.....STAY AWAY!!!!

Pros

All of the props should go to the TA team for hiring great individuals to work alongside.

Cons

They are constantly brain-washing people into thinking this is the greatest company and job you will ever have. They make it seem like there is unlimited opportunity, but that is based on if you are part of their favorite group and if you got a good territory or AE to work with. You are highly under payed and they overcompensate heavily on "culture" to make you feel better for it. They claim to be transparent but they are constantly covering their own tracks for internal changes so they can meet large sales goals.

Pros

Benefits are good considering the size of the company.

Cons

Overwork, under appreciated. Management are disconnected from reality. They try every trick to cut down your pay, especially when it comes to overtime. Mileage reimbursement is abysmal. They are so cheap especially when it has to do with the field engineer. Sales are getting unlimited fund.. Field engineer not at all. If they could service customer without using us they would in a heart beat. Oh, they are never wrong.
