Pros

They do employee Surveys, pay descent salaries and encourage a good culture. Executive is very receptive to change and open about the business at quarterly meetings.

Cons

May not get the best recognition as a good employee if not in a big city or at corporate office.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad

Pros

-Collaborative and supportive team environment. -Coworkers committed to your success. -Clear promotion process with opportunities to explore other departments. -Ideal company for gaining experience in sales, marketing, IT, or customer support.

Cons

-The business prioritizes profit over people (as all businesses do) -Managers/Leaders lack adequate training. -Employees face broken promises despite hard work. -Layoffs affected many, but executives seemingly remained unaffected and even hired a new leader
