Pros

-The people. You won't work with better people. -The team: The team I get to lead challenges me to be better daily. They are some of the hardest working individuals I know. -PTO: up to 5 weeks (starts with 3 and after 1 year moves to 4) -Paid Holidays: Several extra paid holidays along with often half days before holidays. -16 hours of volunteer PTO: you get to use this for things you are passionate about volunteering for -CMO: I believe we have the BEST executive who communicates changes to us when they are happening and keeps us informed. Desires to help us grow as individuals as well and pours into our development through coaching sessions. -Flexible: Family is first and I have seen that first hand if I need to work a day from home I am able to do that. If I need to pick up my kids I can leave a few early. They trust you! -vision talks 2 times a year

Cons

-not many but at times with the sale of the company growth paths are not always easy to see. This can be a frustration to employees. -insurance isn't great -not a con for me but some people would rather WFH. In Denver 3 days a week in office is required.

Pros

Professional development is baked into the company's values. SDR's are encouraged to think about and document their short/long term personal, professional, and financial goals. Coaching from my manager Joel was top notch and took me from zero direct sales experience to gunning for top performer in 3 months. SDR leadership is realistic about goals and have done the job before. Frequent thoughtful incentives to keep the team motivated and engaged. Many opportunities to grow within the company. If you put in the effort you can crush it here.

Pros

1 - They hire the best people, sometimes work is tough but the people I'm surrounded by give me energy. 2 - They take feedback seriously and implement changes to reflect surveys. 3 - The management here genuinely cares about your personal and professional development and actively work with you to hit goals in and outside of work.

Cons

This role is mostyl in-office with some options for a hybrid work schedule, they are clear about that from the start but it's not for everyone. They do a good job of providing us with tools but sometimes it can feel like they want us to use them since they invested in it but doesn't always feel like it adds much value to our day-to-day.
