Pros

I've never worked for a place where I am surrounded by top talent from all departments. The people Service Express selects to work here make the difference, and they truly out live our purpose to provide a great experience for our customers, partners and employees.

Cons

Being a growth-oriented organization is not for every one, with high-growth comes a lot of change and needing to be flexible to that change. This can be difficult for people at times. I

Great company to work for

Pros

I have really enjoyed my time at Service Express. One thing the company does really well are the vision goals. With the vision goals, I have experienced growth professionally, financially and personally. My leader takes the time to help me succeed and I am surrounded by teammates who work just as hard. I appreciate the transparency that comes from not only my leader but upper level management. Ron and the executives give a very thorough quarterly review walking through the companies performance and trajectory.

Cons

I can sense frustration from employees with the shift from remote to hybrid. I think it would benefit the company to be more flexible in this sense.
