Pros

One of the most collaborative and forwarding thinking companies I have ever worked for. Service Express have a perfect blend for putting customers and employees at the forefront of their business which educates, develops and nurtures relationships with perfect balance.

Cons

Sometimes it is a high pressure environment. Communication is key between all and it sometimes is not at the level needed

The culture here is incredible. People really do come first, and the growth opportunities are endless.

Cons

Very fast-paced. You need to be resilient and adapt to change quickly in order to do well here.

Pros

While Service Express started out as an amazing company to work for, they have taken a very different direction in recent years. What stood out to me as a "Pro" when first joining was the companies commitment to helping employees achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. This outlook has shifted drastically in recent years and it feels more like rhetoric than a truly built purpose.

Cons

Inability to work remote, reduced transparency from management, quotas are raised every year while compensation is lowered.
