Pros
Great people, NOC team was absolutely brilliant, very supportive, enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Moved one department to another , After few months I not even signed new contract. Role was not clear enough, managing email was a mess, since USA took after after Line manager and Head left , it was all down hill, Bonus was paid every month , changed to 6 months and every year 12 months from next year.
