Literally none, but if I had to say I made a few friends

Cons

Micromanaged. Poor poor poor management. Word of advice. Heads up for any current or future employees, get everyhting you are owed in writing. Cause once your 2 weeks is in, you'll never get anything as they cut you lose within a few days. And not keep any promises they made

Pros

The management team is so caring for you as an individual. One of the things that I really have enjoyed about the team is the diversity of the leaders. They have a great balance of pushing us to be better, while caring for our personal professional and financial goals. New Senior SDR is a game changer as well. Allows us to get a promotion internally. Fun culture with competitions.

Cons

As somebody who isn't looking to go into sales and looking in, I would say it feels like the SMB team doesn't look at the entire person when looking to make a promotion. We have people on our team who have done a good job in this role but have been turned down 3-4 times to people who haven't had as high of metrics. It can feel to them that there is no hope in earning a next position. I would suggest that the SMB leaders do a better job of seeking out advice from SDR leaders on who is ready. The internal interview process at times feels like a joke. At times RSM's have reached out to SMB leadership to share who they think is deserving and this can feel like they are getting special treatment.
