Allows for overtime work on a regular basis

Cons

No bereavement policy or time given at all, due to this being a locally owned franchise, your choice is take vacation time or unpaid time off to mourn ANY family member. This is stupidly ridiculous!! Used one vacation day for my father-in-laws funeral(I was one of the pall bearers). So, I’m supposed to do this in the event my wife, sons, or any of our grandchildren pass away?

Pay, no benefits, horrible, rude back stabbing staff, bad management practices, owner cuts most staffs hours- except for his favorites.
