Horrible

Pros

None - had to get as far away from this place as possible

Cons

Tremendous lack of respect for the individual. Managers are self-centered and self-indulgent. Unspoken but culture is racist with only “token” minority employees and franchise owners. Franchise owners cautioned to not hire minorities because “people don’t like them working in their homes”. A horrible, horrible place.

Pros

Corporate office is a a nice facility. A very clean environment.

Cons

Not your cup of tea, if you care about Franchisees who have invested their life savings in their Franchise only to have additional costs dictated to them by Corporate.

Pros

Decent benefits. Great co-workers. Lots of overtime (if you see that as a plus). Most callers are nice and don't scream at you. If you last long enough, there are profit benefits.

Cons

Call center is run on making the employees afraid of getting fired. They don't tell you, but you are "on call" ALL the time. If there is a disaster anywhere in the US, expect to be working overtime. Micromanagement. Management says they do not want "drama" but they create LOTS of it. Highly conservative atmosphere (super christians). Expected to meet stringent goal with talk-time, calls refused, and service level. Expected to know way too much for the amount they pay you. Once you are hired into the call center, there is NO escape other than quitting. They say there is advancement opportunity, but the head manager has to approve it and rarely does. If management doesn't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. I was warned about this by my co-workers.
