Pros
There are none. They lure you in with a decent salary, then work you until you can’t do anything else. You’re expected to work 10 hour days, answer calls on the weekends, dedicate every waking hour to it.
Cons
The benefits are terrible. The deductible itself is more than 2 months earnings, it’s insane. Reprimanded for things out of your control (other people slacking, patients not cooperating, doctors not responding). All the hype isn’t real, they will drop you the second they realize you’re not submissive. In my first week they fired a girl who was there for less than a month, bc she had covid and couldn’t come in for training, the stress also caused her to miscarry. Please save yourself. I thought i wanted to work here so bad and leaving was the best decision i ever made. They try to blind you with all the “corporate events” please don’t fall for it. The company is going down, avoid at all costs.
