Only good thing is the pay isn't bad.

Cons

They will steal your soul and crush all of your hopes and dreams. They think the pay should make up for them treating employees horribly. It is supposed to be a union plant but the company chooses when it wants to follow the union contract and doesn't follow it when they don't see the benefit for them.

Pros

The pay was great for a temporary position. Free coffee in the breakrooms. Going home at the end of the day was nice.

Cons

Was not given specific job duties. It's hard to know what you are suppose to be doing when they don't tell you exactly what they want done. There are a lot of assumptions being done through management and will get rid of people on made up reasons.

They are always trying to see if you screw up so they can get rid of you. A lot of 2 faced people who work there.
