Huge opportunities to advance.Pay rate to cost of living ratio is enormous.Great management teams.Floor folks have huge opportunities to make 60,000 to 70,000 a year with overtime.Keep your nose clean and you can literally retire with this company.

Cons

Would really like to see the project in Argentina stay in the states.

There are some good people who work for this company. Boise is a nice place.

Cons

Extremely incompetent and dishonest middle management. I was treated poorly by both management and HR. There is a corporate culture that exists in this company that serves both to protect entrenched employees and mistreat new ones. Advancement is more of a popularity contest than a meritocracy. While I was there I saw at least two unqualified people get hired due to their family connections.

They tell you there is overtime available... BUT after your hired its MANDATORY Overtime pretty much everyday & They Change the schedule 3 x's a week
