Cons

Poor management, discrimination, retaliation. Employer does not support subordinates, instead tears them down. Terrible place to work, stay away!

Well established company in a stable industry. Family owned. Results oriented. Has a dedicated mission to grow strategically.. Is vertically and horizontally integrated which lessens vulnerability to market and supply fluctuations.

Cons

Senior management is somewhat out of touch with the people in the field. Communication is limited and when provided is often abstract. No clear succession planning. Too often people are hired from outside the company instead of promoting from within.
