Shift work (although very good for shift work. 2 days on (all 12 hour shifts, 8:00-8:00), 2 days off 3 days on, 2 days off 2 days on, 3 days off and switch to nights 2 nights on, 2 off. 3 on, 3 off. 2 on and 4 off before back to days

the crew was great, great pay, benefits, sometimes you got bonuses for production that was above average
Cons
micro managing the operators from upper echelon, wouldn't let operators run the plant the way it is suppose to be ran.
