Pros
Benefits and PTO time are amazing, likely to compete to obtain RTTs that are vital to operations
Cons
Toxic work environment that is encouraged by the management, who is located hundreds of miles away in another state and relies on gossip and hearsay. In 2023, many staff were terminated from employment in an apparent attempt to cut costs. For remaining staff, they began complaining about paying overtime but operate offices with either 1 or 2 staff members! Issues with patient and employee privacy are likely due to a lack of training. Staff is expected to treat as many as 35 patients daily, watch many hours of training videos, and do the following tasks in 40 hours. Was required to work through lunch most days and work from home. Clinical Duties: Upload Ultrasounds to patient charts daily Taking medical histories Explaining treatment procedures to patients Preparing patients for examinations Assisting the RTT during examinations Instructing patients about medication Wound care and changing dressings Cleaning equipment Administrative Duties Patient Treatment Charting Using computer applications Answering telephones Assist Patients In/Out Follow-ups with potential patients Attend Health Fairs Weekly Zoom Meetings during treatment hours Updating and filing patient medical records Submit Insurance Benefits (VOB) Scheduling appointments Scan completed charts Correspondence with billing department regarding insurance claims
