Pros

employee discount was pretty good and there are options to relocate to other states if you move

Cons

They can never keep their employees; Johnson Family Dental was bought out by Smile Brands and has become incredibly toxic! Upper management is useless and provide no training provided, push unnecessary products and treatments on to patients, It's all about numbers and exploiting people,

Practice can be great with the right staff. Managers hardly ever present allows you to do the right thing if you have a soul

Cons

Dishonest, no accountability for anything from the upper management. Sad to see so many good practices turned to the corporate numbers game.

It’s just money making mill!!

I don’t think they have any

Cons

Managers are just pushed to do more productions and no one cares about patients and they just want to take money from the patients . How is this company surviving no idea . No support or help from anyone . As long as you make money for them no matter what and how you treat they don’t care . They like dentists who create multiple tx on a single tooth from filling to crown to rct to implant in few years time . Clinic even does not carry emergency medicine .
